About
A clearer picture of our town.
Reeds Spring, Explained. helps residents understand local records, use services, follow decisions and spending, and notice problems early.
Independent, constructive, unofficial
We are not the City of Reeds Spring, a city publicity office, or a political campaign. We do not speak for the City, Stone County, or the school district. We do not claim registered nonprofit status.
Our standard: be generous about motives, exact about evidence, and clear about consequences. Credit good decisions and repairs as visibly as problems. Explain constraints and tradeoffs without guessing intent.
A deliberately small first edition
The first living issue follows the water record. Other topics will be added when enough supporting material is available. A missing page is not an allegation or a finding.
Who is responsible?
Ben is the site owner and final editorial reviewer. Routine calendar updates and source-faithful council summaries can publish automatically under the published editorial policy. Unclear records remain in private review. Automatic source checks cannot approve allegations, named-person criticism, contested financial interpretations, or consequential safety claims.
